Sound Effects
Every sound here is machine-verified: the envelope shape matches its declared intent, nothing clips, and there is exactly one transient where one was specified. The measured acoustics — attack, decay, spectral balance, whether it masks dialogue — travel with the file, so a sound can be placed on a cut without auditioning it first.

How buying works
Previews on this page are free, watermarked MP3s — deliberately lower quality than what you get when you buy. The master is a 44.1kHz WAV, peak-normalised to −1 dBFS, trimmed and faded.
Purchases settle in USDC on Base using x402,
a payment protocol built for software agents rather than browsers. That means there is no
checkout form here: hitting POST /api/sfx/:id/wav in a browser returns a
402 challenge, not a download. You need an x402-capable wallet or agent to complete
it — copy any sound's endpoint with the button on its card and hand it to yours. The
agent guide has a worked example.
A buyout delists one specific file and retires its generation recipe, so it is never sold again. It does not mean no similar sound can ever exist — a comparable one could be generated from a different seed, and we would rather say so plainly than overstate what you're buying.
Licence — royalty-free
Buy a sound once and use it forever, in as many projects as you like, commercial or not. No caps on revenue, downloads, installs or plays, no attribution required, and nothing further to pay — ever. Edit it however you like; the result is yours. Agencies can ship it inside client work.
The one restriction: don't redistribute the sound as a sound — not as a standalone file, a sample pack, a sound library, or a machine-learning training dataset. Baked into a mix, a game build, a video or a UI is exactly what it's for.
Every sound here is generated rather than recorded, so no third-party sample, performance or field recording underlies it and there's nothing to clear. The full terms are short and worth two minutes: licence and terms of use.
Need something that isn't here?
We build custom sets to a brief — a house style across a whole project, or sounds this catalogue simply doesn't have. Your brief becomes a fixed quote and a fixed delivery window before you pay anything, and it runs in business days rather than seconds. The whole process, including what we'll turn down, is on the commissions page.
